The button «The New contact» opens an editing window of new contact in which it is necessary to specify typical for Your telephone information, such as Name, Last name, Patronymic, Organization, phone numbers, addresses of e-mail, sites. It is also possible to edit the postal address of contact, namely house, street, city, country, etc.



After addition of information it is necessary to save a contact, pushing the button «Save», here it’s not necessary, that all fields of contact were filled.



In the mode of viewing contacts on the screen are represented the most essential fields – Name/Last name, Organization, Telephones, E-mail, Web and date of addition. When pressing on heading of one of the columns, there is sorting on the chosen field.

The fields "telephones", "е-mail" and "web" can contain more than one value, for viewing of these values You should press on a black triangle.

For editing of necessary contact it is enough to press on one of his fields. In the case of the erroneous editing it is possible to push the button «Cancel» or delete a contact by pressing the button «Delete».

There is possibility to delete a few contacts simultaneous. For this purpose You should in the left field mark the required contacts and push the button «Delete». It is possible also to select all contacts on a page simultaneously by pushing button «+».
