The feature of Motorola telephones is presentation of the fields of contact as its separate parts. Service GSMSync is arranged so, that these parts stick together during synchronization and user sees one whole contact. However You shouldn’t ignore the amount of these parts, because some telephones are able to transfer up to ten fragments of contact only.
The Motorola telephones synchronize improperly contacts not containing the telephone numbers. Contacts without numbers are not transferred that in some cases can result in the failure of synchronization. The decision of problem is an obligatory presence of at least one telephone number at every contact. When transferring great amount of information in the process of synchronization there can be failures in some telephones. It can happen during "slow synchronization", when information is transferred for the first time. This problem does not have a solution, and the recipe for successful result are attempts of synchronizations, made from time to time. It is possible also to try to disconnect some applications and transfer all information gradually, by types. As soon as successful synchronization will happen further work will pass without problems. If the Motorola telephone does not have the Russian or Ukrainian certification, it can improperly transfer information, written with a Cyrillic alphabet. The solution of problem is the complete recoding of information by Latin symbols. |
